Information on ordering and delivery
Order quantities
The order quantities of selected items are displayed when you click on an item to add it to your shopping cart.
Repeat orders can either be placed via e-mail at verkauf.messedortmund@aramark.de
or via our webshop https://westfalenhalle.aramark-restaurations.de.
Order deadlines
Food and drinks must be ordered at least seven working days in advance.
It is possible to re-order drinks during the event. Orders can only be placed by 3:00 pm for the following day. For later orders we charge a handling fee of 45.00 euros.
We endeavour to fulfil repeat orders as quickly as possible. However, please note, that pre-booked orders always have priority.
Delivery, Electricity, Returned Goods, Collection
Deliveries take place between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm. Deliveries are made at the agreed times, during set-up in a time slot 2 hours before and after the agreed delivery time, during the trade fair in a time slot 45 minutes before and after the agreed delivery time (example: order time 9 a.m. / time slot (8.15 - 09.45 a.m., with the exception of lunch orders (hot food)). Please make sure that you can accept the order at the designated time.
If our employee is unable to find a contact person on-site at the agreed delivery time, the goods will be left on the stand and will be considered as delivered.
We assume no liability for theft or damage to the goods on your stand.
If an on-site power supply is required for our services, please book this in advance with Messe Dortmund.
Delivered food cannot be taken back.
In the case of delivered beverages, only full containers (no opened containers, no single bottles) can be taken back and credited. These will be collected at the end of the event. If the quantity of beverages taken back exceeds 50% of the beverage order value, a separate lump sum of 25.00 euros will be charged.
Drinks ordered outside our standard range cannot be taken back.
Hired products (crockery, equipment, etc.) will be collected at the end of the event. Damaged or missing rental products will be charged at the purchase price.
Logistics Fee
An additional logistics fee of 45 Euro will be charged for each delivery.
Prices
Prices and articles are subject to change without prior notice.
The final price to be paid (plus VAT) results from the product prices stated in the order forms and the order quantities you selected. For rental products, at least the times stated in the order form will be charged.
All deliveries and services under these terms and conditions are domestic deliveries, which must be invoiced with statutory VAT.
Cancellation
Beverage orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before delivery, food and equipment 72 hours before delivery. After that, the order will be charged according to the order process.
